What a wonderful Saint Francis of Assisi Blessing Prayer necklace! An antique gold 2x3mm cable chain features an antiqued gold bronze, antique replica, St. Francis of Assisi medal that reverses to the Blessing Prayer of St. Francis in Italian.
This prayer is on the medal in Italian and says "The Lord bless you and keep you. May He show His face to you and have mercy. May He turn His countenance to you and give you peace." A prayer card is included in the gift box (see photo).
A lobster clasp completes the piece.
The medal is 3/4 inch high by 5/8 inches wide. Please message me if you would like a different length chain.
This fine replica piece is cast in solid gold bronze using the lost wax method and produced in the U.S.A. The oxidation finishing process prevents tarnishing from contact with air. Excessive skin oils may darken the backside of the medal. It is also best to not wear gold bronze in water. A polishing cloth is included so the medal can be polished to the original appearance. You would not damage the medal by contact with water since it is solid gold bronze (not a plating), but it may darken and need additional polishing.
