Very pretty antique replica solid oxidized gold bronze Saint Raphael medal dangles on this antiqued gold plated 2x3mm cable chain with a lobster clasp closure. St. Raphael is the Angel of Healing and an Archangel. The back of the medal has the prayer "St. Raphael Preserve us from ill health and all danger to life."
The medal is 7/8 inch high. Please contact me if you would prefer a different length chain.
This fine replica piece is cast in solid gold bronze using the lost wax method and produced in the U.S.A. The oxidation finishing process prevents tarnishing from contact with air. Excessive skin oils may darken the backside of the medal. It is also best to not wear gold bronze in water. A polishing cloth is included so the medal can be polished to the original appearance. You would not damage the medal by contact with water since it is solid gold bronze (not a plating), but it may darken and need additional polishing.
