St. Peregrine Sterling Silver Antique Replica Medallion - Patron Saint of Cancer - Saint Peregrinus Laziosi, Pellegrino - Small French Medal
$46.00
Gorgeous small round antique replica St. Peregrine (St. Peregrinus) medallion signed by French artist J Balme (JB). The piece is antiqued (oxidized) to show the beautiful details more clearly. “France” is stamped across the top bail. This piece is available individually on a ring, dangling on a 1mm antiqued sterling silver wheat chain, or dangling on a 1.3mm antiqued sterling silver wheat chain. In the dropdown box, "M" is an abbreviation for medallion because of Etsy text space limitations.
St. Peregrine is the patron saint of those suffering from cancer and other serious diseases. Please select from the dropdown box, if you would like to include the "Prayer to St Peregrine for Cancer Healing" card shown in photos in the gift box (no additional charge). This image of the St Peregrine Shrine mosaic at The Grotto in Portland, Oregon is used with permission.
I am blessed to own this rare original and be able to share this replica with you. This is my personal favorite St Peregrine medallion. The antique replica is much prettier than the original!
The backside is a flat antiqued sterling silver.
This sterling silver medal is 5/8 inch diameter (please see photo next to a dime and quarter).
This fine replica is cast in .925 sterling silver using the lost wax method and produced in the U.S.A. The antiquing finishing process makes this piece very low maintenance. This medal is not stamped 925 or sterling because it is identical to the original antique. It will test as .925 sterling silver.
An original from the Holy Moments Collection.
Thank you for visiting my Holy Moments Etsy Shop! This has been my personal shopping account on Etsy for years. I recently decided to open an Etsy shop and display a selection of products from my established Holy Moments on-line and show company (HolyMoments.com).
The artisan jewelry and rosaries are unique to Holy Moments. Many pieces are only a few of a kind due to limited availability of certain gemstones or hand cast items. New, exciting products are always being added to both the Etsy shop and company website.
A portion of profits are donated to the Cancer Research Institute in New York, a leader in immunotherapy research. Please read my shop story for more.
