Gorgeous antique replica, large French Miraculous Medal signed by artist OBC. This 1" round medallion dangles on a 1.5 mm oxidized sterling silver wheat chain necklace with a lobster clasp closure. The oxidation finishing process brings out the wonderful details and depth of this piece. I am blessed to have this rare original from France in my collection and be able to share it with you.
This fine replica piece is cast in solid .925 sterling silver using the lost wax method and produced in the U.S.A. The oxidation finishing process prevents tarnishing. There is not a 925 stamp because it is an identical copy of the original, but this piece tests as solid .925 sterling silver.
