This is a .925 sterling silver, antique replica, of a very special and unusual Saint Dymphna medal. This piece is available individually or dangling on a 1.2mm oxidized sterling silver spiga chain with a lobster clasp closure. I am blessed to have this medal in my collection and be able to share it with you.
The medal is approximately 5/8 inch round. The prayer card shown in photos is included in the gift box.
Saint Dymphna is the patroness of those suffering nervous and mental afflictions as well as victims of incest. This includes mental afflictions such as Dementia and Alzheimer's.
This fine replica is cast in solid .925 sterling silver using the lost wax method and produced in the U.S.A. The oxidation finishing process makes this non-maintenance.
This medal is available in sterling silver, bronze and gold bronze. If you are wanting to wear all of the time, sterling silver is the lowest maintenance option. Please see this link.

A Holy Moments® Original.
Thank you for visiting my Holy Moments Etsy Shop! This has been my personal shopping account on Etsy for years. I recently decided to open an Etsy shop and display a selection of products from my established Holy Moments on-line and show company (HolyMoments.com).
The artisan jewelry and rosaries are unique to Holy Moments. Many pieces are only a few of a kind due to limited availability of certain gemstones or hand cast items. New, exciting products are always being added to both the Etsy shop and company website.
A portion of profits are donated to the Cancer Research Institute in New York, a leader in immunotherapy research. Please read my shop story for more.
Sterling Silver St. Dymphna Medal and Necklace, Antique Replica Saint Dymphna Pendant, Saint of Anxiety, Saint of Mental Illness Pray For Us
They are beautiful. Beautiful detail and shine. Thank you.
I loved everything I purchased. Thank you Suzanne for the kind gift! Peace be with you!
A really beautiful pendant. Snag-free transaction. Thank you!
The quality is out of his world. Both the chain and pendent are dainty without feeling like they'll break easily. The clasp use is so easy to slip on that even on the days I can't easily use my hands, it's easy to put on. I'm also nit normally a close to my neck kind of person but this necklace never feels like it's chocking me in any way. The art itself is exactly as pictured and exactly what I was looking for in a pendant
