Bronze St Gerard Majella & Our Lady of Perpetual Help Medallion Necklace, Antique Replica, Saint of Expectant Mothers, Saint of Fertility
$32.00
This is a rare and beautiful solid bronze St. Gerard Majella antique replica medal from France with words in Latin that reverses to Our Lady of Perpetual Help. Both sides of this piece are gorgeous with the antiquing oxidation process. I am blessed to have this mint condition original in my collection and be able to share this replica with you.
This medal is signed by French artist OBC. I particularly love the curve and depth of the The Our Lady of Perpetual Help side where the outer edge is thicker than the middle.
One side has in Latin “Sancte Sainte Gerard Majella OPN (ora pro nobis)” which means Holy Gerard Majella Pray for Us.
There is an option to include the "Prayer for Expectant Mothers" or the "Prayer for Fertility" gift box insert.
This 3/4 inch medallion is available as the medal only (with a ring) or dangling on a 2x3 cable chain.
This fine replica piece is cast in solid bronze using the lost wax method and produced in the U.S.A.
Saint Gerard is the patron saint of unborn children, childbirth, fertility and expectant mothers. I can personally attest to the intercession of St. Gerard with the pregnancy of my first child. I was dialated 2 centimeters, hospitalized and expected to deliver at 30 weeks. My mother-in-law gave me a stuffed bear with a St. Gerard medal attached and his prayer card. We all prayed for St. Gerard's intercession. Doctors could not explain how my cervix closed back up and I delivered my son at 38 weeks. You may also be interested in Holy Moments Saint Colette of Corbie medallions, patron saint of fertility and expectant mothers.
This is a Holy Moments® Original piece.
Thank you for visiting my Holy Moments Etsy Shop! This has been my personal shopping account on Etsy for years. I recently decided to open an Etsy shop and display a selection of products from my established Holy Moments on-line and show company (HolyMoments.com).
The artisan jewelry and rosaries are unique to Holy Moments. Many pieces are only a few of a kind due to limited availability of certain gemstones or hand cast items. New, exciting products are always being added to both the Etsy shop and company website.
A portion of profits are donated to the Cancer Research Institute in New York, a leader in immunotherapy research. Please read my shop story for more.
