Wonderful solid bronze antique replica of a rare St. Nicolas medal from France, signed by artists Penin and Karo. The text in French says “Saint Nicolas Priez Pour Nous” meaning “St Nicholas Pray for Us”. I am blessed to have this original in my collection and be able to share this replica with you. Saint Nicholas is the patron saint of children. He is also known as Nicholas the Wonderworker, Saint Nicholas of Myra, Nicholas of Bari, Santa Claus, and Saint Nick.
The 0.70 inch round medal (between 5/8 and 3/4 inch) is available by itself with a ring or on a 2x3mm cable chain. Please contact me if you would prefer leather cord or suede lace.
This fine replica piece is cast in solid bronze using the lost wax method and produced in the U.S.A. The oxidation process prevents tarnishing by air.
