This shiny gold bronze, antique replica, Holy Spirit medal is loaded with symbolism! The front has a dove with a trefoil combined with an equilateral triangle as a representation of The Trinity. The back has a scroll with the 7 Gifts of the Holy Spirit. On the scroll, the gifts are listed: Wisdom, Understanding, Counsel, Fortitude, Knowledge, Piety and Fear of the Lord. At the bottom of the scroll is Isaiah 11:1-2.
The wonderful 5/8 inch medallion dangles on a delicate 2.5x2mm cable chain with a lobster clasp closure.
This Holy Spirit fine antique replica, originally from Italy, is cast in solid gold bronze using the lost wax method and produced in the U.S.A. Gold bronze does require periodic polishing using a cloth, more or less depending on usage, such as wearing in water. With polishing, it will stay shiny gold since this piece is solid (not plated). A polishing cloth is included.
