Large and stunning hexagon-shaped Saint Francis of Assisi Blessing Prayer medal and suede lace. This solid .925 sterling silver antique replica St. Francis of Assisi medal reverses to the Blessing Prayer of St. Francis in Italian.
This prayer on the medal in Italian says "The Lord bless you and keep you. Show His face and have mercy on you. Turn His gaze towards you and give you peace." A prayer card is included in the gift box (see photo).
The medal is a substantial 9 grams, 1.25 inches high by 1.2 inches wide (1.5 inches high including the bail).
This fine replica is cast in solid sterling silver using the lost wax method and produced in the U.S.A. The oxidation finishing process makes this non-maintenance. This medal is not stamped 925 or sterling because it is identical to the original antique. It will test as .925 sterling silver.
