This is a rare and gorgeous antique replica of an Art Deco circa 1930 cross from Europe. At the center, the antiquing highlights all of the raised and beautifully sculpted rose details as well as the background delicate engraving. This beautiful cross is about 1 and 1/3 inch high (almost 1 and 1/2 inch including the top loop) by almost 3/4 inch wide. You may purchase the cross only (with a ring), or dangling on a 1.3mm oxidized sterling silver wheat chain. This sterling silver piece is the best option (versus bronze or gold bronze) if you are wanting to wear all of the time and not polish.
Perfect cross for a dangling cluster necklace. The cross matches the antiqued sterling silver Holy Moments pieces beautifully and hangs nicely. This fine replica piece is cast in .925 sterling silver using the lost wax method and produced in the U.S.A. The antiquing finishing process makes this piece very low maintenance. This cross is not stamped 925 or sterling because it is identical to the original antique. It will test as .925 sterling silver. The “800” silver quality stamp is from the original antique and means that this cross is of continental European origin. This reproduction piece is cast as .925 sterling silver.
