Gorgeous and unusual solid .925 sterling silver antique replica of a rare St. Martin of Porres medal. The front side of the medallion has St Martin of Porres with Dutch text “Heilige Martinus de Porres Bid Voor Ons” meaning “St Martin of Porres Pray For Us”. The backside has Latin text “Regina Sacri Rosario Ora Pro Nobisi” meaning “Queen of the Holy Rosary, Pray for Us”. I am blessed to have this mint condition original in my collection and be able to share this replica with you.
The 5/8 inch wide x 7/8 inch high oval medallion (1 inch high including the loop) is available by itself (with a ring) or dangling on a 1.3mm oxidized sterling silver wheat chain.
This fine replica piece is cast in solid .925 sterling silver using the lost wax method and then antiqued (oxidized). Produced in the U.S.A.
