This is an antique replica of a very rare and beautiful Latin Miraculous Medal from France. Around the border is the traditional "O Mary conceived without sin, pray for us who have recourse to thee" in Latin "O Maria Sine Macula Concepta Ora Pro Nobis Qui Confugimus Ad Te". I am blessed to have this original mint condition piece in my collection and be able to share it with you at a reasonable price.
The medallion is 1/3 inch wide by 1 inch high and dangles on a delicate 1mm oxidized sterling silver spiga chain necklace with a lobster clasp closure. Please contact me if you would prefer a different type or heavier chain.
This fine replica piece is cast in .925 sterling silver using the lost wax method and then oxidized to give an antiqued appearance. Made in the U.S.A.
