Beautiful medal and nice weight!!! I was not able to thread my chain through the medal due it being too thick for bail (the small loop that you put your chain through). Contacted the seller Suzanne, And What can I say… she responded so quickly!!! She offered to have the a bigger bail replaced but I decided on fixing the problem (didn’t want to send it back). She sent me larger loops for me to use and it is now one of my favorite pieces!!! Great customer service!!! Definitely will be a repeat customer and again, thanks Suzanne!!! Blessings!!! Overall, I like it. The chain is fitting to design to the charm metal color and strong. I’ve worn it for few weeks now. At first I didn’t see the antique (dark) look in photo and had cuts in but I gave it time and with wearing and it turned a little for the look. It’s unique which I like handcrafted look :) Thank you. It arrived the day, I heard great test results for my toddler son’s Leukemia first 30 days test and it’s still long fight to go. I recommend it! It sentimental to me. God had it in my hands to show me a sign. Protection I needed for him! Maybe One day I’ll pass it along to bring hope to another.
