The item was exactly as expected and was delivered on time. It was packaged very nicely with a special handwritten note from the seller. Unfortunately after a couple days the chain of the necklace broke so I reached out to the seller and she responded promptly, resolved the issue and sent a new chain. This pendant is true to size and the detail is unbelievable. I was really happy with my merry metal that I bought previously and I felt pulled to buy this one as well later on. I’ve been extremely happy with it and it’s brought a lot of comfort to me in the recent days. I love the fact that the shop has so many different variations and I absolutely love that there’s pictures with coins to help us the customers understand size. I will absolutely be coming back for more as I’ve been fully happy with everything!! I will say one suggestion is I am in love with the cards that came with my medals and it could be really interesting and fun if those were sold separately for people to also get those.
