My Joan pendant is beautiful and arrived quickly. I ended up ordering a replacement chain because the initial chain that came was a little too short for my taste. I was offered a refund or credit upon returning the chain but decided to keep it and make use of it in another way as it’s really beautiful! Great service and lovely product; I will be returning.
